Entrance[]

Walking In[]

Alex walks in from the background to the battlefield holding a glass of beer and a bottle of water like in a concert.

Special Attacks[]

Neutral B - Original Songs[]

Alex sings the chorus of one of the songs he wrote himself. There's no distinct determination of it. If he gets interrupted during one of his songs, one of his band mates stops the interrupter with their musical talent. He has more than one diddy of his own to sing as said before, and each has a different effect:

  • Lightning - When Alex gets to "I can't catch lightning," lightning strikes when the last word of that part echoes. Each strike does less damage than the one before.
  • Sensitivity - When Alex sings the word "sensitivity," anyone up close in his face takes 50% more damage than usual for the next 20 seconds (as in the damage taken goes up to 1.5).
  • We Could Love - It doesn't matter what part Alex gets to in the song, it just manages to turn on female combatants. Males are immune and'll just get stunned (unless they're officially gay, so SpongeBob and Toon Luigi don't really count; sickos).

Side B - Multi-Instrumental[]

Alex plays one of the many instruments that he has high experience in playing (as read up on Wikipedia). Like the neutral special, each instrument has a different effect, and it's indistinct when it comes to what instrument he'll use as part of the move. It could be something of the classics or it could be modern. Either way, he'll do it to make himself be heard. Here's what you'll likely hear from him:

  • Guitar - If he plays an acoustic guitar, he can manage to inexplicably catch projectiles and items in the hole of the guitar (it'd have to be able to fit, though). If it gets inside, he gets it out and throws it forward. If he plays an electric guitar, it stuns anyone nearby. It also shreds a sonic wave that the expected amount of damage. The soundwaves can easily cancel out any other sound-based projectile.
  • Piano - If anyone manages to get caught in the classical piano, they'll suffer constant damage from the wooden parts that hit the strings, which is how the keys would play the notes.
  • Google Keyboard - Anyone who manages to hit the keyboard will make it and the Google logo shatter to bits. The bits can then be used as throwable items.
  • Xylophone - Anyone in the way of Alex while he plays the xylophone gets hit by the balls on the sticks and simultaneously stunned by the reverb of the little bars.

You always have to wait a while before you can play another instrument.

Up B - Seperate Little Box[]

A little box that usually displays a shot of Alex either doing the backup lyrics or playing an instrument appears to give Alex a boost upward. The effects of the box while it's on the ground depend on the scene it displays. Alex's backup singing will manage to stun opponents while making teammates feel good and get healed. If it's of Alex drumming, opponents will manage to get knocked over by the beat. If it's of Alex playing the guitar, then it just does damage to those that get close to it; the higher the note, the higher the damage. If it's an electric guitar, it stuns. Anyone who walks by the shot will slowly take damage without being prone to flinch. In the air, the box falls down, able to do decent meteor smashes.

Down B - Recording Session[]

Based on all the events that occured over time when Alex used his special attacks, he'll put those clips together and make it into a video to display during the fight. Like the Wario Waft, Alex needs to wait a while before being able to do a full video. The indication of full prep is when he manages to glow a tint of red. Unlike the Wario Waft, he doesn't build up potential over the course of time. Instead, he gets it from doing various special attacks that'll manage to successfully damage the opponent. You can't stop the process early, and he'll just push away others while he does the editorial workings. The video is shot as a projectile similar to when JonTron manages to shoot a video, only the more potential Alex gets to put the video together, the more damage it causes and the slower it travels. The damage it can do goes up to 50%. If you lose a life, you lose your footage. Some footage will get cut if you reach 300% damage.

Final Smash - What Makes You Beautiful[]

Alex gets into his position as King The Kid appears alongside him to do what is possibly a nice cover of What Makes You Beautiful by One Direction. For 5 seconds, it starts with dead silence, then the silence is killed by Alex starting off with playing the keyboard (anyone nearby when that occurs gets stunned; joke characters are definitely no expection). As Alex sings, this has a suck-in effect on female fighters while the other players (of the band Alex is associated with to make the cover of the song) add damage to male combatants. When Alex sings "That's what makes you beautiful," to the nearest female, it'll manage to turn her on. At the second verse, the gumball dispenser from Sonic 3/& Knuckles appears overhead and drops many gumballs. Each one has a different effect. Ones that give the flame shield will deal afterburn, ones that give the magnet shield will stun, and ones that give the air bubble will enclose the opponent in a bubble that's basically a weaker version of Doofenshmirtz's capture bubbles (possibly even the ones shot by Marvin the Martian). The lead balls will just either knock opponents away or plow them into the ground. Gray ones with rings in the middle will heal 10% damage. Clear bubbles will just do nothing. Yellow pinball slingshots appear along the horizontal edges of the screen along with the pit being blocked out by a row of red springs that'll detract when someone jumps on one. At the end of the song, a shockwave knocks away all opponents. The more damage they're at, the more likely they are to be knocked out of the park like a baseball to a bat swung by Babe Ruth. Any teammates around will join the band, adding to the total damage taken by the competition.

He started recording in 2004 at age 16 which gained him popularity on various social network sites and his own website from which he distributes his music and provides news and regular updates. His time is almost all spent at home studio self-producing all audio and video for his releases, or touring the world. Goot released his first studio album In Your Atmosphere, which was made possible by his fans via an extremely successful KickStarter campaign. He is the example of celebrity in the YouTube age; self-driven, self-promoting, aside from his musicianship, relying on modern messaging and technology to get heard. His YouTube channel has about 1,500,000 subscribers and counting and his videos have been viewed over 100 million times. According to Alex Goot himself, his inspirtation is to show the love he has for music. He further states that he has no plan B. He has a habit to collaborate with other artists like We Are the In Crowd, Kurt Hugo Schneider, Megan Nicole, Sam Tsui, and Chrissy Costanza. Goot has released 2 volumes of Songs I Wish I Wrote with some of the versions of his YouTube channel.
