Neutral B - Yelling Wave[]
Cream shouts which makes a sound wave around her. Whoever is near the wave will take 18% damage.
Side B - Cheese Help[]
Cream sends her Chao name Cheese to grab an opponent and punch him/her. The opponent will take 4% damage each time Cheese punches him/her. The grab only lasts for 2 seconds and it will take 3 seconds for Cheese to be able to be throwable again.
Up B - Fly[]
Cream just flies with her ears, and no damage is dealt.
Down B - Spindash[]
Same as Sonic's spindash in Project M, and it does 5-20% damage
Final Smash - Chao Invasion[]
Cheese calls for an army of Chao's to strike at the opponents, much like Pit's final smash. Each Chao deals 25% damage to an opponent upon direct contact. The final smash lasts for only 10 seconds.
Team Galaxy[]
Neutral B - Frying Pan[]
Cream gets out a frying pan and swings it forth. Inspiration coming from a ShadCream fanfiction, this registered hilarious cartoon weapon can really mess you up. The force of it also makes it able to crack open shields like an egg in one blow. Similar to Patrick with his jellyfishing net and Amy Rose with her piko piko hammer, it is unknown in Lawl where Cream keeps the frying pan.
Side B - Chao Throw[]
Cream throws Cheese forward. Anyone who gets hit by Cheese will be pummeled by him. Press side+B again to call him back. You can also angle which direction Cream throws Cheese and charge up the distance he travels at when he's thrown. He's also able to grab items and give them to Cream, as long as they aren't ludicrously heavy. He might also accidentally bump into traps and bust them up.
Up B - Chaos Control[]
Also from a Sonic fanfiction, Cream uses a purple chaos emerald to teleport in a direction chosen with the analog stick. Anyone nearby Cream when she reappears is stunned by the flash. Sometimes when the Chaos Emerald is out, it gives opponents that make direct contact with it take shadow damage along with the stunning. The distance travelled is short, but seeing as how she has 5 jumps and can hover in the air, that should be fair enough.
Down B - Spindash[]
Cream curls up into a ball and revs up, then she dashes forth at a speed that depends on how rapidly you pressed B. This works similar to how it worked for Sonic in Project M (which is better! :D). As she's curled up, her ears are out like in most 2D Sonic games that have Cream as a playable character. In the air, Cream will manage to temporarily hover, making this good for horizontal recovery.
Final Smash - Cream Doll[]
Cream will start spinning around as if she were in a dizzy state and then slowly speeds up her spinning. She flashes white and then the flash is toned down to reveal the Cream Doll, whose like the Tails Doll only with Cream and a blue gem rather than a red one. Anyone nearby her while she was spinning is burned into oblivion! She remains the Cream Doll for 20 seconds and has a different moveset after she burns someone alive:
Neutral B - Cheese Droid[]
Cream Doll sends her droid version of Cheese forth, who shall spontaneously combust upon making direct contact with an opponent. The little droid has a green gem on its head and of course resembles a droid.
Side B - Cute Deception[]
Cream Doll will look cute, which shall stun the opponent in the same distance as when the Engineer's sentry shoots down an opponent, allowing her to come in for the kill.
Up B - Sudden Ascending[]
Cream Doll basically floats upward, which doesn't really do any harm at all. Anyone who comes into direct contact, however, can be clawed off by pressing A. You can go as high as you want by holding B.
Down B - Ear Constriction[]
Cream Doll stretches her ears forth, grabbing anyone who makes direct contact with them (aside from teammates). You can then rapidly tap B to choke them. Pressing A releases them, or you can throw them in any direction by moving the analog stick in that direction.
If Cream Doll gets KO'd, Cream's stocks are unaffected.

Character Description[]
Cream is a princess-like figure; she is polite, just, follows manners (and never forgets them) and does what she is told. Her mother's strict, but kind discipline has made Cream very polite. She's very friendly and tries to be close to everyone she meets. She is brave as well, usually not afraid to go out on an adventure. She’s a bit naïve however, and doesn’t always see things right away since she’s still very young. She is very honest, and does not lie. It is mainly from being polite and good-natured.
Cream enjoys spending most of her time outdoors. There, she likes to play with her friends, usually any activity they want, or collect flowers which she finds pretty and joyful. She loves adventures and exploring. Indoors, she enjoys watching TV and drawing pictures. Her favorite food is ice cream.
She doesn't like any form of violence, abuse or fighting and only fights to protect the people she cares about. Like most of the characters in the Sonic series, she doesn't like Dr. Eggman much either, but as custom, she is still somewhat polite to the doctor (at least before using Cheese to smack him senseless). Although she doesn't like physical, verbal, or emotional violence she will fight to help her friends.
