Lumine appears as an androgynous Reploid with long lavender hair, most of it styled into a half-moon motif with a fringe covering one half of his face, which features gold eyes, but no eyebrows. His armor is of a slim design, having a white and dark purple color scheme with green accents and a large blue jewel on his chest. In his final form, Lumine's armor changes and he gains a helmet similar to Zero's, his skin turns pale white, and his hands become claws. He also gains a unique set of wings, with four large compartments, connected to him by thin appendages. Lumine's overall design and abilities, along with his voice, invoke feelings of him being a transcendent or divine being, not limited to any specific form or gender.
Dracula[]

Dracula has shown a certain level of inconsistency regarding his personality, although common elements have been an outstanding malice regarding the human race and God, and a well defined superiority complex (he thinks every creature is inferior to him) when confronting his enemies. When facing his son, Alucard, Dracula shows a softer side, and a clear love for his son, and also expresses his eternal love for Alucard's mother as well. After his death in 1797, Dracula becomes much more consistent, and seems devoid of many emotions, though the hostility and superiority complex still remain.
Marceline[]

Marceline is described as a wild rocker girl. Centuries of wandering the Land of Ooo have made her a fearless daredevil. She is a lover of all things exotic and still travels the land often. She has a mischievous personality and is rarely intimidated. Despite seeming evil at first, Marceline is a trickster at heart, and her "evil plans" often turn out to be nothing more than elaborate jokes. She is described by Finn as "a radical dame who likes to play games." She loves to play pranks on Finn.
Perfect Chaos[]
Member of The Smithy Squad & The super transformation of Chaos.
Standing as vastly more different than any of Chaos' previous forms, Perfect Chaos resembles a several-stories-tall snake-like beast, completely composed of water.
It possesses a very large mouth, complete with razor sharp teeth, which extends far beyond its green eyes, which for the first time have pupils that resemble a reptile's. It also has flaps of skin hanging from just behind its eyes, and its brain, which is its only organic-looking organ, can be seen inside the "fin" on the top of its head. The base of its snake-like body seemly merges with the water below it in a huge whirlpool and cyclone, and it has several large tentacles extending from its base.
Megatron[]

Megatron's forces boarded the Autobots' spacecraft when it was on a mission to search for new sources of energy on other planets, and was knocked offline like all the other Transformers when the craft crashed on prehistoric Earth. When both factions reawakened in 1984, Megatron made it his mission to pillage all of Earth's natural resources and enslave its populace, with the goal of revitalizing Cybertron and dominating the entire universe. His plans were by turns cunning, wicked, outrageous, and often, utterly, utterly ludicrous. In 2005, Megatron faced off with Optimus Prime in a battle at Autobot City, during which he fatally wounded the Autobot leader, but not without taking severe damage himself. Cast adrift into space, Megatron was found by the planet-eater, Unicron, and recreated as Galvatron. In other timelines which branch out of this one, Megatron became a Transmetal, ordered the murder of a puppy, and years after his transformation into Galvatron, became Megatron once again, in various powered-up forms.
Dr.Psyche[]
Member of The Smithy Squad & the Computational Humanoid Reploid.
Dr. Psyche is a member of the Rebellion Forces and is very interested in the evolutionary capabilities of Reploids. He was an old research partner of Professor Gaudile and urged him to join the Rebellion forces as well. Dr. Psyche eventually hunted down his old colleague to wrest the Force Metal Generator device he had created and was confronted by Mega Man X's command team in doing so. Dr. Psyche is crazed and power-hungry, as well as very likely insane. He makes long, almost ridiculous movements with almost every sentence he speaks, making him a fairly comical character. He is also extremely arrogant and considers others inferior to himself due to his superior intellect.

Trilobyte was in charge of the Rare Metal mine in Metal Valley, which has minerals essential to space development used by the Jakob Project. When he became a Maverick, he instigated a rebellion in Metal Valley and gave the extracted minerals to Sigma. In the entrance of a warehouse, he tries to stop the Maverick Hunters with Crystal Walls before they can reach him
Flame Mammoth[]
Member of The Smithy Squad & Sigma.
He was a Maverick Hunter from the 4th Overland Unit under Sigma. He had an arrogant and cocky attitude, and was extremely proud of his large size and strength. His tendency to look down on those smaller and weaker than him, put him on bad terms with his subordinates, as well as highlighting the potential cause for the tension with Chill Penguin, one of the few higher ranked members of the Maverick Hunters who refused to join units with him due to their tumultuous relationship.
Frost Walrus[]
Member of The Smithy Squad & Repliforce.
A Walrus-based member of Repliforce that was labeled Maverick because of their desire for independence. Bad tempered and rowdy, his destructive behavior got him marked for disposal as a Maverick, but he avoided this by joining the Repliforce. When the coup started he was pleased, for him it was a perfect excuse to riot as much as he liked. Walrus was stationed at Repliforce's secret snow base and put in charge of guarding their new weapon under construction.
Princess Shroob[]
Member of The Smithy Squad & Leader of The Shroobs
Princess Shroob had invaded the Mushroom Kingdom along with her sister Elder Princess Shroob because Planet Shroob was withering. After the Shroobs manage to get inside Princess Peach's Castle, they find Princess Peach, who had traveled back in time with E. Gadd's Time Machine. They attempt to capture her, but before they can, Princess Peach uses the Cobalt Star to imprison Elder Princess Shroob and scatters the shards of the Cobalt Star. The younger Princess Shroob manages to capture Peach.
In Baby Bowser's Koopa Cruiser, Princess Shroob is seen in a transmission, however she remains hidden in the shadows. From Shroob Castle, she fires a missile, aiming for the Koopa Cruiser. Since the Koopa Cruiser was low on ammo, the missile hits the airship and it crashes in Baby Bowser's Castle.
Kyomos[]

A Shapeshifter of Evil, but he wasn't always evil, he was once a friendly Kryot of Sponsoas, but was then trasformed evil by the Strongest/greatest evil of all: Aku. Kyomos is now a pawn in Aku's plan, Kyomos has NO memery of the day he turned Evil, but for some reason he obeys Aku without hardly ever not to. Kyomos is now after to destory all of the Heroes for they quest to stop him. Charo, Jack, and Serena as the Teams Leaders, are after Kyomos the Most and won't stop until he is Destroyed. Kyomos for most of his life has been trapped in a crystal for 203 years and the age a Kryot can get is 170.

There are five Axem Rangers, each with their own distinct traits and abilities. However, all five of them wield a small axe in combat. Additionally, the Axem Rangers have their own battleship, the aptly named Blade. Axem Red is the leader of the group.

Smithy tried to eliminate the power of wishes from the world and, additionally, fill the world with his weapons. He is a gray mechanical monstrosity that wears a gold crown and has a long, white beard. As such, he resembles a diabolical Santa Claus.[1] He hails from another dimension, a dimension that is accessible by the gateway Exor. In his dimension, he resides in his Factory, where, day and night, Smithy creates mechanical monsters to be unleashed against the peaceful people of other worlds. It's also implied during the final battle that there were multiple prior versions of him, due to the various heads littered in his final battle arena.
