Moveset
Neutral B: Psycho Crusher
Bison charges his right hand with Psycho Power, then surrounds himself with Psycho Energy while flying spinning towards his opponents, similar to a torpedo, which he resembles (15%). The EX Special version is faster, does the most damage, and is immune to projectiles (22%).
Side B: Double Knee Press
Bison performs a forward somersault with his legs outstretched, kicking the opponent up to twice. The distance and speed at which it travels depends on the strength of the kick (5% per hit). The EX Special version has a much faster startup, its second kick hits twice (thus allowing the entire move to score up to three hits) and knocks the opponent even further away (14%).
Up B: Head Stomp
Bison leaps into the air and lands perfectly on his opponent's head, in a standing position with his arms folded. He then almost immediately backflips off again, and can land a good distance away if desired, even if the attack is blocked (11%).
The Head Stomp can optionally be followed up with a Somersault Skull Diver by pressing punch some time after jumping off the opponent's head, but before he lands; Bison will angle himself forward as he descends and, if timed and aimed correctly, strike the opponent with a Psycho Power-infused fist (9%).
Down B: Devil Reverse
Bison leaps into the air and towards the opponent. If no further input is made, Bison simply lands in front of his opponent; if, however, punch is pressed while in mid-air, he performs the "reverse": suddenly changing direction in mid-air, flipping upside-down and throwing a Psycho Power-infused punch toward the opponent while descending (11%).
Final Smash 1: Knee Press Nightmare
Bison performs a series of Scissor Kicks & finishes off with the crouching heavy kick (60%)
Final Smash 2: Psycho Punisher
Bison jumps towards his opponent ("The end has come!") and stomps hard on the ground right below (13%). If the attack is successful, the stomp impact causes the opponent to be lifted off ground. Bison then proceeds to catch them by the head, gather some Psycho Power in one of his hands ("Kneel before my Psycho Power!") and drive his fist straight into the opponent's stomach, blasting the Psycho energy he gathered earlier right through them (50%). He then viciously pulls his fist out of the opponent's stomach ("Ah, such weakness!") (11%).

Character Description
M. Bison (Vega in Japan) is an archetypical villain character motivated by his own self-seeking interests and lust of power. He is a ruthless, callous and an unforgiving dictator with no hesitations for destroying anyone or anything who opposes him. While demanding absolute loyalty and obedience from his subordinates, Bison considers them as mere pawns rather than human beings, and tolerates his henchmen only as long as they serve his dark ambitions.

Trivia
- Despite M. Bison's followers (and himself) referring to him as "Master Bison" in Street Fighter Alpha 3, he is named "Lord Bison" in his Arcade mode introduction sequence in Street Fighter IV. In his pre-fight intro he refers to himself as the "Mighty Bison".
- It is possible that Bison may have been born in Thailand, Cambodia or Ireland, although these countries were all mentioned in non-canon origins.
- In Japan, Bison's name was change into Vega.
