Entrance[]
Subspace Highway[]
Scott exits from a door that leads to a Subspace Highway from the game.
Special Moves (Elite)[]
Neutral B - Bass Line[]
Scott whips out his bass and strums it to a basic bass chord. He'll continue strumming as long as B is tapped. His strumming pushes enemies in front of him away a fair distance and does very minor damage. There is a 1-in-10 chance that Scott will play the bass line from Final Fantasy IV.
Side B - Bass Swing[]
Scott whips out his bass and swings forward with it. It takes a bit for Scott to prep the swing, but it has heavy knockback, making it a very good KO move. Also, there's a 1-in-10 chance that Scott will completely lose his grip on his bass and fling it forward by accident, making it a very powerful projectile before it hits the ground and breaks. If he accidentally tosses his bass, though, he won't be able to use either of his bass-related moves for a while.
Up B - Subspace Door[]
A star door appears above Scott and he climbs in, jumping out of an identical door a little bit up. Essentially a teleporting up special, but rather slow to start up. It does go a fairly long distance upward, though.
Down B - Scott Earned...[]
A sword comes out of Scott's chest with accompanying fanfare and Scott can use it as a regular battering item for as long as he can hold onto it. The sword is randomly selected: it can either be The Power of Love (red flaming sword with a fire effect), The Power of Self-Respect (purple flaming sword with a shadow effect), or The Power of Understanding (green sparking cleaver-sword with an electric effect). Be wary, as your enemies can use your swords, too, if you happen to drop them! Each Scott can only have one sword out at a time, much like Wario's Bike.
Final Smash - Co-Op Mode[]
Scott swipes forward with a sword if he has one or punches forward if he doesn't. If he connects, Ramona beams out of Scott's chest and Scott pulls out a sword, if he's not already wielding one, along with Ramona pulling out The Power of Love. The two then proceed to do a double-team combo attack on the enemy and any others that happen to be around.
Special Attacks (Lawl Galaxy)[]
Neutral B - Bass Solo[]
Scott gets out his bass and jams. Anyone near him is spun around and stunned. By rapidly tapping B, those nearby are stunned more and spun around faster. Press B at the last minute and everyone is blasted away. If you perform this attack while airborne, the sound will slow down Scott's falling speed. Anyone under the soundwaves will be meteor-smashed.
Side B - Knives Chau[]
Scott's ex appears to help like in the game. She can do one of 4 things:
- Love Smoke - she blows a puff of smoke that blows others away, along with items.
- Throwing Knives - she jumps up and throws 2 handfuls of 3 knives. This is most likely done in the air.
- Cup of Joe - she gets out a large cup of coffee and it gives Scott a 17-second energy boost, doubling his speed in terms of attacking and movement.
- Sweet Kiss - she gives Scott a kiss on the lips and it heals 100% damage.
You have to wait a while to resummon her.
Up B - Bass Spin[]
Scott spins around, ascending and swinging his guitar around. The more B is held, the higher up you go. On land, you'll spin around with the bass out while in place. You can move left and right a bit while spinning it around on land, and it can deflect projectiles upon direct contact with the bass. You can move left and right while spinning around.
Down B - Reversal[]
Scott does a stance that makes him look prepared for whatever the hell comes his way. You can keep B held for as long as you want. Anyone who hits him is countered as Scott punches back with the word "reversal" flashing large and cyan. The word manages to stun anyone that is front of the word, but only for a short while. It can also manage to bizarrely shift items away a bit.
Final Smash - K.O.[]
Scott gets out a sword and then rapidly slashes the nearest opponent. The sword he'll use could be the Sword of Love, Self-Respect, or Understanding. The Sword of Love does flame damage since Scott's love for Ramona burns. The Sword of Self-Respect deals shadow damage since Scott could pretty much be accomidated by his own shadow. The Sword of Understanding does electric damage since it can be a surprise when one understands your own shit. Anyway, he then jumps forward and at high speed punches the opponent he comes in contact with. The announcer from Street Fighter 4 says "K.O." as soon as the punch connects. After the ending punch, he still bares the sword he's used in the final smash. If he is near the edge of a pit, he stops as if he were Spider-Man or a red koopa. In coinfests, this instantly manages to knock out all of the opponent's coinage, making it fall onto the ground, allowing anyone to collect them. Same thing applies for an item that the opponent has a hold of.
